Essential Functions
- Translate customer and market needs into differentiated technical solutions and value propositions
- Individual contributor to drive and execute new product development (NPD) through stage‑gate processes
- Cross-train with materials specialist and labels application engineers for expertise in all business solutions
- Partner with Sales to support technical engagement at customer and engineering levels
- Create technical documentation, trial development, and reporting to support internal and external customers
- Identify emerging application needs, performance gaps, and technology opportunities
- Support automation initiatives and product cost optimization
- Engage directly with customers through site visits, reviews, and strategic meetings
- Track opportunities and project execution using MS Dynamics CRM
- Other duties as needed or required.

Skills & Abilities

Education: |
Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Engineering, Chemistry or related technical field |
|
Experience: |
8-10 years of experience in label converting, adhesives, and/or product development |
|
Computer Skills: |
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 products, MS Dynamics, CRM and other necessary sales databases.
